Preparing Your Order
At present, AMbelievable™ only sells standard products. This means we have a range of dampeners ready for immediate delivery, including the model you purchased. However, in the months ahead, we will start offering customized products. This will entail manufacturing your order as it comes in. These two strategies require different processing methods and have distinct timelines.
All orders must be confirmed before processing. If you place an order online and pay with a credit card, the confirmation is automatic, and you will receive an email immediately after your payment is processed. We will confirm your order for other payment methods, such as wire transfers,We will confirm your order for other payment methods, such as wire transfers, once the funds have been fully transferred to our bank account. You can contact our team to expedite this process by providing your official transaction reference number.
Off-the-shelf Products
We are passionate about delivering unparalleled e-commerce standards that rival even Amazon's renowned service. When you place your order from Monday to Friday before 5 pm CET, you can trust that in 99% of cases, we will expertly pick, pack, and ship your products the next day! If your order comes in after 5 pm, don’t worry; we treat it as if it was received the next morning at 9 am, ensuring it will be on its way to you the following day—within 36 hours of your confirmation.
If you place an order after 5 pm Friday or during the weekend, we will process it the following Monday. We can ship orders on Saturdays exceptionally, but that's not a standard rule, and we don't give you any guarantees.

5) You receive a message confirming the shipment and providing you with a tracking number
If you pay offline:

5) You make the wire transfer
6) The money is fully and successfully transferred to our bank account
7) Your order is processed in 24hrs
8) You receive a message confirming the shipment and providing you with a tracking number

A lot, indeed! When you place an order with us, your product will be manufactured on demand. Depending on the product type, we might ask you for additional information—either during the online ordering process or afterward.
For dampeners, the process will remain seamless and entirely online. Other products might require a bit more input from you. Don’t worry, though—it will never get overly complicated!
