    At AMbelievable™, we know you're eager to receive your innovative dampeners and experience the difference they can make on the court. That's why we make order tracking and confirmation a smooth and informative process.

    Order Confirmation:

    • Email Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from AMbelievable™. This email will contain your order details, including:
      • Order number
      • Billing information
      • Shipping information
      • Ordered items and quantities
      • Estimated delivery timeframe
    • Account Dashboard: If you placed your order while logged into your AMbelievable™ account, you can also view your order details and confirmation within your account dashboard.

    Always double-check your order information before proceeding.

    Once the order is shipped, you cannot modify it anymore


    Order Tracking:

    • Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you'll receive a follow-up email containing a unique tracking number. To know more about tracking codes and shipping methods visit 📄 Shipping Methods & Costs
    • Track Your Order Online: Use the tracking number provided in the email to track the progress of your order on the courier's website. This will allow you to see the current location of your package and its estimated delivery date.
    • Account Dashboard: You can also track your order status within your AMbelievable™ account dashboard (if you created an account). 

    While you can see the order status on your dashboard, you cannot check the delivery status. Dependin on the Shipping Method you've chosen, you will receive an email with the information to access the tracking

    If you chose the Priority Mail method, the tracking of your package will be partial. 


    Keeping You Informed:

    We understand that staying informed about your order status is important. Throughout the fulfillment process, you might receive additional emails from AMbelievable™ with updates, such as:

    • Order processing notification
    • Shipment notification with tracking information
    • Delivery confirmation
