Shipping Methods & Costs at AMbelievable™

Getting your AMbelievable™ dampeners to you quickly and securely is our priority. We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs and budget. In summary:

  • Priority Mail Shipping: This is our most cost-effective option, with delivery timeframes generally ranging from 2 days in Italy to 3-5 days in continental Europe and 4-8 days for the rest of the world. However, please note that this shipping method does not include full parcel tracking and is not insured.
  • Business Delivery Standard: Choose this shipping option for a safer and faster delivery (particularly outside Italy). Your dampeners will arrive in continental Europe within 2-4 days of your order. International shipping takes a bit longer, usually not exceeding 8 business days. The parcel is traceable in real-time and fully insured.
  • Business Delivery Express: If you need your dampeners urgently, consider our premium shipping option, which guarantees delivery within 2-4 days in most cases. The parcel is traceable in real-time and fully insured.

PLEASE NOTE: the delivery time figures are those provided by the carrier and are elaborated on a statistical basis (i.e., you can assume 90% of packages are delivered within the indicated timeframe)

PLEASE NOTE: The price of our dampeners, even when you purchase several, is below the threshold for customs duties in most countries worldwide. However, some countries may still impose a small fee (for example, the UK, following Brexit). Please remember that these fees must be paid by the final customer; otherwise, the product will not be delivered. PLEASE NOTE: Even though our product import is tax-free in most countries worldwide, customs clearance may still slow down the delivery process. As we have learned throughout our journey as a small international startup, this process is not under our direct control. Our package has sometimes transited as quickly as a day or two, while in other instances, it has taken longer. We do not know the reasons for this and have received no answers to our inquiries. Therefore, please be patient if you are ordering from a non-EU country and your package is not delivered within the indicated timeframe. If you wish, you can still open a ticket on our helpdesk.


Shipping Cost:

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method, shipping destination, and quantities. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for any shipping method. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website; however, please note that tracking may be partial and not in real-time if you selected Priority Mail shipping. Instructions on how to do this will be included in the email.

International Shipping:

AMbelievable™ proudly serves customers worldwide. We offer international shipping options with estimated delivery times varying depending on location. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Please Note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders. The recipient is responsible for these fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.
  • We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
